<image:caption>Our experience in hospitality operations around the region enables us to conduct an objective examination of property/portfolio performance. We are able to ‘manage the manager’ to identify key areas of improvement and where appropriate change, which will protect the value of the asset and generate incremental cash flows. We are able to ensure that management is closely supervised and supported to optimize their performance. This experience allows us to efficiently examine asset performance and drill down to the key drivers.</image:caption>
